How does this picnic thing work?You choose your set up of choice and we set it up for you and have it ready upon arrival. We return to pack and clean up everything after your wonderful experience.

Do you provide food?Our set ups don't come with any food or drinks, except the deluxe package where we offer a few snacks. We have however partnered with various gardens to give you a package that comes with food + venue.If interested,kindly dm us for more information.

What locations do you set up?We provide a list of available gardens and also deliver a picnic to be set up at your home.We are also very open to new loactions as preferred by our clients.

When should i book my reservation?As soon as you know the date you want to enjoy our experience.We can't guarantee you that we will be available at the last minute.However,you can always try your luck.

How do i know that my reservation has been confimed?Reservations will only be confirmed after a 50% deposit.

What is your cancelation policy?Inform us 72 hours before your picnic and we will reschedule your reservation.We don't offer refunds but we can push your reservation to your other desired date.

What if it rains?We will happily reschedule your experience.We also offer indoor picnics.

What if i show up late/running late?We will do our best to accomadate you but kindly let us know in advance.

What if i want to leave earlier than the arranged time?Kindly call us and provide a 30min notice.We will be there to pack and clean up.

Can you customize an experience for me?Yes,send us your ideas,pinterest boards and preferred exeriences.We will do our best to bring it to life.We are here for it.
